From April 8th to 10th, our school F4 students participated in the CS study tour to Shaoguan, where they explored the city’s natural heritage and industrial development. The trip included a visit to the breathtaking Danxia Mountain Geopark, a UNESCO Global Geopark renowned for its stunning red sandstone formations. Students also toured the Shaoguan Iron and Steel Plant, gaining valuable insights into industrial processes and technological advancements. Adding a spirited touch to the journey, members of our school’s basketball team engaged in a friendly match with students from Shaoguan No.5 Middle School. This tour has not only broadened our students’ horizons but also strengthened their understanding towards cultural and economic development of Shaoguan.
